To prepare engineers and managers for design, development, and implementation
of complex decision-making systems. Research in systems methodology, work

:: Curriculum
The program in Industrial and Management Engineering is offered through
the multidisciplinary department of Decision Sciences and Engineering
Systems, with faculty holding joint appointments in the schools of Engineering,
Management, and Science. You'll get a two-year foundation in basic science,
engineering science, mathematics, and humanities and social sciences.
Your last two years will focus on developing expertise in statistics,
operations research, information systems, systems analysis, organizational
management, manufacturing, and industrial engineering methods.
