Research Activities:


Dr. Kaminski's research centers on problems involving radiative heat transfer, especially coupled with other modes. Current projects include:
  • enhanced ceramic heat exchangers

  • high-intensity laser cutting of metals and ceramics

  • and glass melting and fiber drawing.
The work is both empirical and analytical and frequently includes numerical simulations.
